1.      Overview of the 78 cards and Their Meanings: 3 Hour ClassSaturday, February 8th from 2 PM to 5 PMAn introduction to the whole system: the major and minor arcana cards including the “soul sequence” of the Major Arcana; the general numerical and zodiacal significances attached to cards; and an intro to a 4 card divining spread. 2.     Focus on the Minor Arcana: 3 Hour ClassSaturday, February 22nd from 2 PM to 5 PMWe will examine each suit of the minor (also called “pip”) cards and their corresponding court cards. Includes the meanings, deeper numerical and zodiacal significances and attributes of:

  • The Wands

  • The Cups

  • The Swords

  • The Pentacles

3.     Focus on the Major Arcana: 3 Hour ClassSaturday, March 8th from 2 PM to 5 PMThis is an intensive on the Major Arcana. Focus will be on the Fool’s Journey, symbols, meanings, numerological correspondence and other resonances. Includes an introduction to a more complex divining spread, the Celtic Cross.4.     Advanced Pattern Recognition and the Tarot: 3 Hour ClassSaturday, March 22nd from 2 PM to 5 PMHere we will look at the entire system and its correspondences. Our focus will be on the relationships between cards, patterns in terms of planets, numbers, elements, and themes. This includes resonances with the I Ching and Kabbalah as well as guided practice at reading spreads.Donations accepted.

No previous knowledge of the tarot required.

All are suitable for beginnersand more-advanced students of the tarot.

Participants must have their own deck. I will use the Rider Waite and the Mythic deck to demonstrate; however, you may use the deck you prefer.
